New Booking System for Bistrolive.com08/2009

We are pleased to be able to announce the launch of a new bespoke booking and website integration system for http://juno/zodv2www.bistrolive.com/

We have managed the website of http://juno/zodv2www.bistrolive.com/ for a number of years and the latest stage of the development of their website online strategy is the creation of an online booking system and integration with their internal booking system.

The new booking engine allows party organisers to book online and then forward a payment request to other members of their party. They can also book places online, send deposits and order drinks. It is a revolutionary and innovative new system.

Bistro Live, the live music restaurant company, based in Charles Street Leicester have recently launched a new website ‘crammed full' of new features.

Now, organising a Christmas (or any other type of) party could not be easier.

Party organisers simply have to log on to www.bistrolive.com, select the date of their choice, and book it online, paying ONLY for their place. They will then be sent an email with a payment link that they can circulate to the rest of their party, for them to log on and pay.

The new innovation was the ‘brainchild' of Bistro Live Director Fred Harlow.

"The hardest job for a party organiser is co-ordinating all of the people in their group, collecting money, and communicating with the venue. Not only this, but many companies insist on collecting all booking deposits in advance (as much as £15.00 per person), and this can leave the organiser exposed financially if some of the group let them down.

With our new online system, the organiser only has to pay for their place, and then with a couple of clicks of the computer mouse, is able to send all of the details around to everyone in their group to pay for their own place. Every time someone in the group pays, an email is sent to the organiser to let them know. It's a really simple system, and has had some great feedback since we launched it last month."

The new website also enables customers to check availability online, see if any promotions are available for their chosen night, and download current and future menus.
